This 4-week course will teach you a wide variety of techniques to:

Meditate to quieten the mind, minimise the effects of stress, help heal the body, improve concentration, sleep better and much more.
The Amazing Gigi Neophytou will be running the course and comes with years of training and personal practice, she lives what she teaches.
Gigi is an experienced teacher, yoga instructor, mediation expert, counsellor, lifeskills coach and motivational speaker and health educator. She understands that day to day living can be very challenging and sometimes we need a little guidance and support. Gigi’s wide range of experience in many holistic wellness modalities will mean you will learn MORE than meditation in this course
BA(Psych) Dip Ed , Dip Nutritional Therapy, Dip Professional Counselling, Certified Yoga Teacher 13yrs teaching.
Having raised 2 daughters and being married for over 34 years she knows about life and its ups and downs.
