Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available at our Glenbrook clinic by appointment. Once your order is ready (usually within 24 hours), you'll receive an email with pickup instructions and available time slots. This is a brilliant option to avoid postage costs and get your herbs same-day.
How should I store my herbs once they arrive?
Store herbs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Most herbs and tinctures maintain their potency for 1-2 years when stored properly. Tinctures should be kept in a dark glass bottle away from heat. Each product includes specific storage instructions on the label.
What if my herbs arrive damaged or I'm not satisfied?
