A gentle blend of herbs traditionally used to quiet the mind and support relaxation. Ideal for busy thoughts, overthinking, or when the nervous system needs gentle reassurance.

Take in the evening or before bed to help the body unwind naturally.

Dose

10 drops one hour after dinner, then hourly until bed.
Take 10 drops if waking during the night.
Dose may be reduced as sleep improves.

Valerian, Lavender, Passionflower, purified water, ethanol
